Online Conference on Networks and Communities
An online conference Presented by Curtin University of Technology and Open Universities Australia

The conference is presenting academic styled papers for discussion, where both guests and authors can comment on or engage with topics from any of the four discussion streams:

• Stream 1 - Early Virtual Communities (explores this history and its implications).
• Stream 2 - Communities and Web 2.0 (focuses on contemporary issues and specifically the way the communities and social networks have embraced and adapted to Web 2.0).
• Stream 3 - Social Networks (focuses more directly on online social networks).
• Stream 4 - Identity in Communities and Networks (focuses on the place of identity in communities and social networks).

The online conference will run for three weeks, beginning Monday 26th April, until Sunday 16th May, 2010 in an asynchronous format.
